Dr. Ochia is an excellent physician with 15+ years of clinical experience. Her kind, friendly, approachable demeanor will be appreciated as Dr. Ochia gets to know the patients at Access Wellness. The time Dr. Ochia spends treating her patients is valuable as she listens to, assesses, then addresses concerns and answers questions with each patient, providing for excellent healthcare.
Fostering trust by patients is important to Dr. Ochia. Her extensive experience in diverse medical settings such as family medicine, obstetrics, pediatric, geriatric and emergency medicine makes Dr. Ochia uniquely qualified to provide the impressive array of medical services at Access Wellness.
After receiving Dr. chia’s bachelor’s degree in Biology from Standford University, Dr. Ochia earned her medical doctorate from Howard University of Medicine. Her residency in Family Medicine was completed at the University of Arizona. Dr. Ochia also completed a fellowship in Emergency Medicine at Mercy Merced Medical Center. Dr. Ochia looks forward to meeting our patients at Access Wellness. In Doctor Ochia’s time away from treating patients, she enjoy quilting, reading and traveling with family.
James Williamson, PA-C

James Williamson, PA-C, is a physician assistant with more than 10 years of clinical experience. He specializes in family medicine at Access Wellness Healthcare in Modesto, California. He strives to provide high-quality, patient-centered care with excellence and compassion to patients of all ages. James has experience in a variety of medical settings, including emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care. He has also provided health care to the homeless and to patients in the California correctional system.
James offers outstanding care with warmth and compassion to individuals and families, from babies to seniors. His patients trust him for a wide range of health care services, including men’s and women’s health care, pediatric care, preventive medicine, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, James earned his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit. He also has associate’s degrees in paramedic studies and general education.
